Enrolling

 

Process aComplete the waiting list application form online. We will enter your child’s name on the waiting list. aWe will then invite you and your child to visit BPM so that we can get to know each other. aSubject to a place being available, we will then notify you whether or not we are able to offer your child a place.* aTo secure your place pay our enrolment fees. Places will be offered to children in order of priority: 1. Age appropriate 2. Siblings 3. Date of registration on the wait list * BPM holds the right to refuse enrolment.
Policy regarding Fees aFees are paid fortnightly in advance. aFees are charged for statutory, school holidays and sick days. aThere is a $100 enrolment fee (non refunadable) plus 2 weeks advance fees payable when enrolling your child to secure their position. aWe are open 50 weeks of the year and close down for 2 weeks over the Christmas break aTuition fees are reviewed annually. aFees are to be paid directly into the Birkenhead Point Montessori bank account by automatic payment. You will be given our account details upon your enrolment. Please ensure you include your child’s name or reference number on the bank deposit. aIf you are planning to withdraw your child from BPM we require 4 weeks written notification. aIf you wish to change your child’s attendance days, please notify us.
