ENROLLING

The enrolling process

  • Complete the waitlist form and we will enter your child’s name on our waiting list.
  • We will then invite you and your child to visit BPM so that we can get to know each other.
  • Subject to a place being available, we will then notify you whether or not we are able to offer your child a place.
  • To secure your place pay our enrolment fees.

 

Places are offered in priority order :

1. Age appropriate

2. Siblings

3. Date of registration on the wait list

 

 

Policy regarding tuition fees

  • Fees are paid fortnightly in advance.
  • Fees are charged for statutory, school holidays and sick days.
  • There is a non refundable $100 enrolment fee plus 2 weeks advance fees payable when enrolling your child to secure their position.
  • We are open 50 weeks of the year and close down for 2 weeks over the Christmas break.
  • Tuition fees* are reviewed annually.
  • Fees are to be paid directly into the BPM bank account by automatic payment. We will provide our bank account details upon your enrolment. Please ensure you include your child’s name or reference number on the bank deposit.
  • If you are planning to withdraw your child from BPM we require 4 weeks written notification.
  • If you wish to change your child’s attendance days, please notify us.

OVER 3, 20 HRS ECE, 3 DAYS WEEKLY   $137

OVER 3, 20 HRS ECE, 4 DAYS WEEKLY   $177

OVER 3, 20 HRS ECE, 5 DAYS WEEKLY   $224
